What my clients are saying

"As a first time buyer I needed an agent with not only a wealth of knowledge on the San Diego real estate market, but also someone with time and resources. Leslie was there for me at all times throughout the day, be it weekends, mornings, or evenings, she was always quick to answer my questions and work with me. Leslie was an incredible resource for my VA loan as well, I could always count on her to get me answers and action using her understanding and experience with this specialized loan. There were various times throughout the escrow process where she also bargained for me much more than I had anticipated, saving me several thousand dollars! Buyers: look no further, give her a call!"

Leslie is all the things a realtor is supposed to be... Professional, organized, knowledgeable, etc., but when it comes to picking a realtor. It's all about what sets your Agent apart from the masses of agents out there. Leslie has several X factors... First of all, she has a tremendous team of proven professionals around her. Second, her understanding of the market comes with the great deal of experience she has. Finally, Leslie puts a great deal of time and effort into her clients. Buyers aren't made to feel like another transaction, but more like a professional, streamlined experience on track to meeting all of their goals. I would recommend Leslie Peraza to anyone that is looking to buy a new home. Andres J. Camacho Branch Manager

Leslie helped me with short selling a property in 2012. When obstacles came up with the bank, she negotiated with the buyer to come in with more cash to make the deal happen. She was quick and responsive during a very difficult time for me and my family. I highly recommend her!
